Fearsome frights, mellow magic and wizardry wonders are all on offer at the annual "Fright at the Museum" Halloween Festival in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Spook central is the atmospheric Creaky Cauldron, a three-storey 16th-century building that has all the hallmarks of a haunted house.
This year's festival starts with the Great British Ghost Hunt, a terrifying evening in the name of charity.
In the on-site Museum of Wizardology and Magic School, you can learn to fly a broomstick, try pumpkin carving or follow a spooky trail that reveals the origins of the festival.
