Dishing up fish in Nelson

If you're hooked on seafood, be in Nelson in three weeks for the huge waterfront event, Hooked on Seafood, and the New Zealand Seafood Chef Awards Finals.

The mouth-watering aromas of seafood cooking demonstrations will fill the air on March 23, as New Zealand's top seafood chefs vie for the title and deftly match the fresh fare with the most appropriate wines.

Informative talks will be given by roaming representatives from the cuisine industries of seafood, olive oil, wines and more. The event begins at 11 am and runs until sunset.
