Days and nights of golf and pampering

A major hotel and a famous beauty house have joined forces to pamper the thousands of women who have been flocking to Australia's golfing greens.

During the past eight years, more than 250,000 Australian women have joined golfing clubs or tried their swing in social games.

Queensland's Hyatt Regency Coolum and the Thalgo beauty house have teamed up to offer a three-night package of golfing and pampering in June or November.

The package, introduced last year, includes professional golf instruction for players to improve their game or learn from scratch, supplemented by treatments in The Spa at Hyatt Regency Coolum. Guests are greeted with a cocktail party, a presentation dinner and pampered with facials and massages and a choice of hand and feet treatments or an oriental head massage.

The cost is $A760 each (twin share) and package dates are June 5-8 or November 12-15.
