Join the experts in the kitchen of the Regent Hotel in Hong Kong. Executive chef Christof Syre and his team hold culinary classes on the last Saturday of each month from 10 in the morning until 2 pm. Each class costs $HK600 ($NZ176).
The October 25 class teaches ways with oysters and clams, and the November 25 class concentrates on Christmas and holiday dishes.
