Rummage through your dress-up box or hire a costume to step back in time this Sunday. Auckland's Highwic House is opening its doors for a Victorian party, with parlour games and songs, a soup luncheon and afternoon tea.
The historic homestead is at 40 Gillies Ave in Epsom. Parking is accessible from Mortimer Pass, Newmarket.
The Heritage Live Day parlour party runs from noon until 4pm. Admission is $5 for adults; children are free when accompanied by an adult.
