KEY POINTS:
Two Anzac-related exhibitions will be on at Christchurch's Our City O-Tautahi until May 12. Combat on Canvas features works by New Zealand Army Artist Matt Gauldie, depicting Defence Forces personnel on duty overseas. On Anzac Day he will host forums at 2pm and 2.40pm.
The other exhibition honours the short life of Sergeant Henry J. Nicholas, VC, MM, of Canterbury.
The Army Band Brass Ensemble will give hour-long concerts at 12.30pm on May 4, 8 and 10.
