Chinese garden tour

Television presenter, broadcaster and writer Bill Ward, best-known for his advice on Maggie's Garden Show, is heading for China's plant kingdom.

Over 17 days, beginning on June 23, Ward will lead a tour to the Yunnan province of China where flowers such as rhododendrons, primroses, camellias, gentians and lilies evolved.

Priced from $6499 a person, twin share, the tour includes visits to the World Horticultural Expo
Gardens, the Li River, Stone Forest and Spring City.
