China's tourist boom

Tourism is growing strongly in China, which had 78 million visitors over the past year.

This makes it the world's sixth largest tourist market, generating a yearly foreign currency income of $37 billion.

The World Tourism Organisation estimates that China will be the world's leading destination by 2020.
