Carnival time on Cuba

Wellington's Cuba St will amp up the action at its colourful carnival on February 26, starting at 11am. As well as roving performers and three stages showcasing some of the country's top musical talent, there will be installations, decorations and lighting displays. The highlight will be an illuminated night parade with hundreds of performers and dozens of floats.
