The Dunedin Kids Carnival and Scarecrow Competition on October 31 offers enjoyable experiences, such as physical activity, stilt performers, a magician, children's exercise circuits, a storyteller and an mixture of art, craft, food and garden stalls. The Great Dunedin Scarecrow Competition is at the Edgar Sports Centre, 11am to 3.30pm.
