Capital jazz

Now in its sixth year, the Wellington International Jazz Festival has become one of the main annual events in the capital city.

The event lasts 17 days, taking in three weekends with Labour weekend in the middle. Beginning on October 18, the festival will be swinging in venues, clubs, restaurants and pubs in the central city, all within walking distance and allowing people to sample a plethora of sounds and tastes.
