New Zealanders interested in visiting Britain should head to the British High Commission's Big OE Evenings this month, where experts will advise on visas, travel options, recruitment possibilities, places to stay and handling that student loan.
The British High Commission and TMP/Hudson Global Resources are bringing dozens of companies and organisations together for the event, where there will also be news about changes in the working holiday visa.
On hand to offer advice will be members from the British High Commission's visas department, Visit Britain (formerly the British Tourist Authority), travel agents, recruitment agencies, accommodation and relocation specialists and the Inland Revenue.
The two events are free and open from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
The Big OE evenings are being held at: West Lounge, Eden Park Stadium, Entrance F, Gate 26, Reimers Rd, Auckland, on Wednesday May 28, and the Renouf Foyer, Michael Fowler Centre, Wakefield St, Wellington, on Thursday May 29.
