The home of the London Symphony and the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Barbican Centre, is to have a huge acoustics and lighting overhaul this year.
The concert hall of the 18-year-old arts complex in Silk St, will be closed for four months from June until September 30.
Until the closure, it will host a varied music programme, detailed on its website.
