If you've ever been teased for your fiery locks, this is the event for you.
Melbourne is hosting Australia's first "Ginger Pride" event next month, to raise awareness and funds for the anti-bullying group Bully Zero.
The festival was announced last week by the Ginger Net, which called on Facebook for participants to "assemble your ginger squad and fly your redhead freak flag high".
The event takes place at 11am on April 16, starting with a ginger pride march and ending with "gingery festivities" at Federation Square.
"Making up just 1-2% of the world's population ... we are the definition of unique, a rare human unicorn, that cannot be tamed...except with the sweet soothing music of Ed Sheeran," the website said.
