Arts by Lake Taupo

The biennial Lake Taupo Arts Festival kicks off on Thursday and provides a smorgasbord of entertainment through to February 15.

The packed programme features top theatre, dance and music performances, ranging from classical to innovative and from outrageous to ethereal.

There is also street theatre, jazz, jugglers, exhibitions by top New Zealand artists, and a chance to see artists working with molten glass.
