Children can explore the mysteries of the deep in the Canterbury Museum's marine collection on April 9, 10, 11 and 12. There will be a 26.5m skeleton of a blue whale to examine.
The museum is also putting on face painting, treasure hunts and giving kids a chance to design and create a sea-themed banner. It costs $5 a person.
