A slice of history in Nelson

Attractions at Nelson's Founders Historic Park in Atawhai Drive include a playground and 3D maze, many buildings of the late 1800s, nautical displays, vintage transport, and a railway station and trains.

There is also a cafe and organic brewery on site and train rides every day from December 26 to January 10.

Open 10am to 4.30pm daily, except Christmas Day and Good Friday.
