Sky Sports via AAP Steven Adams has produced another double-double to help the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the San Antonio Spurs 95-91 and pull ahead 3-2 in their NBA play-off series. Adams scored 12 points and pulled in 11 rebounds during his 35 minutes on court as OKC closed to within one win of taking out the Western Conference semi-final. It was the third time in the series that the New Zealand centre had reached double figures in both points and rebounds.

All Blacks Julian Savea, Cory Jane and Victor Vito are among five players dropped from the Hurricanes side to play the Reds on Saturday for breaching team protocol.
