A UK shopkeeper who told a lottery winner he had won £10 when he had actually won £156,659 has been jailed.

An Auckland bullion gold trader, which told a family last week it would not pay them more than $340,000 they were owed, has been placed into liquidation.

All five defendants in the Serious Fraud Office prosecution of South Canterbury Finance associates have now been identified.
