Jamie and Dom from The Country have joined forces to create a beer with Emerson's. EPISODE FOUR: "Big 'n' Ballsy". Dom chats to brewer Mason about which hop to choose.

The Country's Jamie Mackay and Dom George have joined forces with the team at Emerson's to brew their own beer.

To make sure they didn't get high on their own supply, The Country sent a film crew to document the proceedings.

EPISODE FOUR: "Big 'n' Ballsy"

Dom catches up with Emerson's brewer Mason Pratt for a chat about which hops to choose for The Mackaiser. Should it be "subtle and continental" or "big 'n' ballsy?"

With the absence of the subtle and continental Mackay to stick his oar into proceedings it's pretty obvious what Dom is going to go for...
