Ken Ring is the Moon Man. He predicts the weather by the moon and he caught up with The Country Early Edition's Dom George today for his monthly moon report.

So what does the moon have in store for us this July?

First up there are colder temperatures and the first week of July is going to be chilly. On the plus side this will be good news for ski-fields.

Historically the first week of July has been incredibly cold and in the past record temperatures have been recorded of the frosty variety...-20 anyone?

Over the next four weeks, Ring also predicts higher rainfall and unusual warmth.
