Strong dairy and meat prices have pushed the country's commodity exports to record levels.
ANZ Bank's commodities price index rose 2.8 per cent in November on the month before, to be 26.1 per cent ahead of last year.
Agri-economist Susan Kilsby said dairy prices gained 6 per cent during the month, underpinned by butter and cheese.
"Global milk supplies are relatively tight ... all dairy commodities have strengthened in the past month and this trend is expected to continue into 2022."
