Professor Jacqueline Rowarth says we need to look further than farming when it comes to waterway pollution in New Zealand.
There are many pollutants that occur naturally in our water and Professor Rowarth says "pure is not the same as natural". She believes people are getting confused between the two.
Rowarth has a similar take on the Government's Predator Free Policy. She thinks many people are getting muddled with the difference between predators and pests.
Finally; the Professor reckons the United Kingdom's idea of 'organic beef' is what New Zealanders call plain old beef!
