Craig Cooper is the founder of Bach Brewing. He caught up with The Country Early Edition's Dom George for a chat about his career and the success of the Auckland-based brewery.
Craig spent many years abroad in the liquor industry and decided to head back home to pursue his dream of running his own brewery. He channelled his childhood growing up amidst the coastal lifestyle of the Hawke's Bay and came up with the family-owned Bach Brewing.
Bach Brewing has just won two trophies at the 2017 New World Beer & Cider Awards, taking home gongs for Best in Class Pale Ale with their Driftwood Pacific, while their Whitsunday Blonde IPA took out the Wheat & Other Grain Beer Class.
