Rabobank's GM of Country Banking Hayley Moynihan caught up with The Country's Jamie Mackay to have a look at the disappointing decline in the latest Global Dairy Trade auction.
The GDT price index declined 3.9 percent from the previous auction two weeks ago with whole milk powder falling 2.5 percent to US$2,755 a tonne.
Hayley also gives an overview of the primary sector that largely excelled in 2017 and tells Jamie what she thinks was the biggest story for New Zealand agriculture this year.
