Lee-Anne Wann has been the nutritionist for the New Zealand Vodafone Warriors Rugby League team since 2013, advising over 100 athletes. She has also been on television shows Kiwi Living and Downsize Me.
Today she caught up with The Country's Jamie Mackay from the Dairy Women's Network Conference in Queenstown where she's providing tips and advice on how to keep healthy over calving - a stressful and busy time on the farm.
Check out Lee-Anne's three tips for keeping healthy - you'll be surprised how easy they are to implement:
1. Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in some warm water first thing
2. Eat a protein breakfast (eggs - done any way)
3. Mid-morning add a spoonful of coconut oil to your hot drink (or in a smoothie)
All will help your body operate more efficiently and even help you lose weight!
