Strategy Investment Leader for DairyNZ Dr Bruce Thorrold spoke to The Country Early Edition's Jamie Mackay today the Pastoral 21 Research Team.
Pastoral 21 is a collaborative five-year farm research programme that aims to provide proven, profitable, simple, adoption-ready systems that lift production and reduce nutrient loss. The research team is truly collaborative with representatives from DairyNZ, Fonterra, Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand, Beef + Lamb New Zealand and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, PGG Wrightson and Blue Pacific Minerals. The team is managed by AgResearch.
