Craig "Wiggy" Wiggins spoke to Dom George on The Country Early Edition today about the recent biosecurity woes facing rural New Zealand.
The discovery of mycoplasma bovis on a South Canterbury farm is just another example of MPI's "ambulance at the bottom of a cliff" handling of biosecurity threats according to Craig.
"If we don't look after the grass roots of New Zealand, we're going to have some real problems financially, socially and development-wise in this country, " says Wiggins.
