Prime Minister Bill English caught up with The Country's Jamie Mackay today for a chat about immigration and the level of the New Zealand dollar amongst other things.
Mackay wants to know why New Zealand isn't welcoming more immigrants. English says it's about finding "the right balance" between controlling immigration flow and making sure we have the right skills for a growing economy.
Jamie also asks the Prime Minister if he's happy about the economy and the level of the New Zealand dollar, along with the upcoming budget which Mackay labels "boring".
Finally Bill English comments on whether he's tempted to return home to the Deep South for a spot of duck hunting...
