Get Farmstrong Fit on The Country

The silly season has come and gone, and, in our revelry, it seems we've entered 2022 with a little more cushioning than we'd like.

So, we've partnered with Farmstrong to find out how YOU keep fit for the farm and we've got three epic on-farm fitness packs to giveaway!

Each prize includes a smartwatch (you get to choose from an Apple Watch, Android Smart Watch or Fitbit), a handheld physio massager and a weighted skipping rope, all valued at around $750!

Not only that but all winners will be invited to join us on a Zoom session hosted by Jamie and Rowena, featuring Sam Whitelock.
