Fine Food Australia has an exhibition held in Melbourne this month. There's a prestigious chef competition and a couple of Dunedin restaurants have entered a team on behalf of New Zealand.
Vault 21's Commis Chef Fifi Leong and Head Chef and owner of Bracken Restaurant Ken O'Connell popped in to chat to a very hungry Dom about their entries.
