Complaints relating to the privacy standard can be made directly to the BSA if you wish.
Complaints must be received within 20 working days of the broadcast and we will respond to your complaint within 20 working days of receiving it. If you are unhappy with our findings, you are entitled to contact the Broadcasting Standards Authority within 20 working days.
