KEY POINTS:

Wool Equities chairman Richard Bentley is standing down as chairman, effective immediately. Bentley, David Henry and Dr Kevin Marshall will stand down from the board on January 12.

Aki von Roy and Bill Kermode will join the board as representatives of BioPacific Partners, which built a stake through
its subsidiary Karios Holdings (the 17.03 per cent stake was disclosed on December 22).

Dr Andy Pearce, Alistair Polson and Duncan Milne will continue as directors and Pearce will take the role of chairman.

Wool Equities was established following the breakup of the old Wool Board.
