Today The Country caught up with newly-appointed Chief Executive of Rabobank Todd Charteris as he took in the sights and sounds of the Northland Fieldays at Dargaville yesterday.
Charteris told The Country's Jamie Mackay that the weather was good and the crowds were already gathering "everyone's in pretty good spirits really."
Jamie asks Charteris for his opinion on the state of New Zealand's agriculture. The Rabobank CEO says that although some areas have suffered recently, "generally speaking, optimism's pretty high."
