Ross Hyland is excited to finally launch his book Our Land Our People - In search of farming excellence.

Hyland told The Country's Jamie Mackay, there are 150 people attending tonight's launch in Hamilton which he says is "going to be an absolute blast."

Our Land Our People tells the stories of 24 leading farming families and Hyland spent around two years travelling the length and breadth of New Zealand to interview his subjects.
