Mac cloner Psystar is responding in kind to a lawsuit filed by Apple last month.

CNET reports that Psystar is intending to file a countersuit in a federal court today, alleging anti-competitive practices.

Psystar's 'Open Computer' ships with the Mac OS X operating system which, claims Apple, breaks its EULA (end user licensing agreement).
