Woolworths is dropping the price of buying groceries via the internet as the service begins to pay its way. The $15 fee for customers who spend between $100 and $200 will reduce to $12, with those spending over $200 paying $9.95 for packing and delivery.
Woolworths claims the average spend-up at its website www.woolworths.co.nz is at least six times the average spent in a regular store.
