Buzzy Bee: The little blast from the past that brought noise, movement and colour to countless toddlers around the country is finding new life online. Not just as "the world's most famous pull-along wooden toy" but illustrated on gumboots, as coin-operated kiddie rides and even as a soft, cuddly mutation. The buzzy one is also big business, as evidenced by the stern warning: "Vigorous legal action is taken against all infringements of the Buzzy Bee trademarks, symbols and logos ... "
Self-serve real estate: Want to save thousands of your hard- earned dollars when buying or selling your home? If you don't mind the added hassle, you could try cutting out the middleman (and the standard four per cent or so in agent fees) by doing it yourself with the help of private sale property sites which are multiplying at quite a rate. We found five.

Free Real Estate will advertise your property for free or for $30; Private Sale has options from $5 to $100; Property for Sale ranges from $62.00 to $125.00; and Property Web will list from $105 to $150.
