A software fault has seen a small number of Vodafone prepay customers fail to receive calling credit when topping up their accounts.
According to the phone company, the problem affects prepay customers using credit cards to top-up their balances last Thursday - approximately 0.3 per cent of the prepay customer base.
A spokesperson for the company said Vodafone was in the process of correcting the fault and a correct balance would be showing by the end of the today.
A text will be sent out to all affected customers.
