Virus warning e-mail a virus itself

Symantec AntiVirus Research Centre (SARC) has discovered a new Visual Basic Script (VBS) worm called VBS. Hard. A@mm with the intent to imply the e-mail originated with SARC. The e-mail virus has the subject: "FW: Symantec Anti-Virus Warning" and an attachment named www.symantec.com.vbs. When the attached file is launched, the worm creates a fake Symantec virus information page for a non existing "VBS. AmericanHistoryX_II@mm". Then, it instructs MS Outlook Express to send the file to everyone in the infected user's address book.
