Xtra's email woes continued yesterday with some customers reporting lengthy delays in receiving messages sent to them through the mail servers of the country's largest internet service provider and others finding that duplicates of messages sent were arriving in the recipient's mailbox.
An update on Xtra's website put the continuing problems down to "the combined effects of spam and numerous email worms [which] have continued to generate a large amount of traffic on Xtra's network".
