Newly listed Kiwi software company CommSoft will make $1.3 million immediately, and expects to make $10 million to $15 million over the next two to three years supplying its NetMaster product to technology distributor Ingram Micro.
NetMaster is an internet access monitoring tool designed to stop "cyberbludging," and is expected to provide CommSoft with about 30 per cent of its projected $A21 million ($28 million) revenue this year.
Ingram Micro is the largest distributor of technology in the world, with a worldwide turnover of around $US24 billion.
CommSoft listed on the Australian and New Zealand Stock Exchanges last Tuesday, raising $A17 million.
