Mobile technologies company Plus SMS subsidiary CRE8 Ltd, has signed an agreement with Microsoft to jointly develop mobile solutions.
CRE8 aims to provide content, connectivity and network services for mobile operators, brands and media companies worldwide.
Shares in Plus SMS have risen 2.5 cents to 13.5 cents following the announcement.
