Friday's launch of the Apple iPhone in the US is expected to cause a stampede to Apple and AT&T stores, the only places fans will be able to pick up a new phone cum music player. In preparation, AT&T has issued guidelines telling stores to make sure they have enough room outside for the queues to form.
Obviously wanting to avoid the riotous behaviour that accompanied the launch of Sony's Playstation 3, AT&T is ordering posts and chains to make sure orderly queues are formed at the stores which will be opening late for the iPhones debut.
