While using defrag, Steve has noticed hidden files taking up space. One huge file is tempting him to use the delete button.

James installs directly from internet downloads. A program obtained this way has been damaged, so he has no original and cannot reinstall. "What have I done wrong," he asks?
After you have indicated you want to download an item, a dialog box asks: "What do you want to do with this file?" Select "Save this program to disk". When a dialog box opens, specify a folder where you want the file to go. If, at a later date, you need to reinstall, you will have the source file.
