Jennifer has been following our inbox answers on Accessibility Options. She thought the noisy caps lock setting was just the thing she needed. But alas there are no Accessibility Options under her Control Panel menu.
Don't worry Jennifer. It just needs to be installed. Place your windows set-up CD in the drive. Now, go to: Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add Remove Programs. Select the Windows Setup tab and tick Accessibility Options. Now, click Apply, then OK. Magically, it will appear in control panel.

Alastair's computer can't keep track of time. When it's power is turned on, it thinks it's been re-born into 01/01/1997.
Not a big problem Alastair. Your CMOS battery is not well (a little battery that keeps a supply of power to keep the clock running while the computer is asleep). I suggest you head to your local computer shop who will supply and fit that minor part within minutes. You can do it yourself, but an expert should check to see if the old one has leaked and report if any other repairs need to be done. It should cost you between $10 and $30.

In Leo's Outlook 2000, his fonts, font size, font colour, bold and underline buttons are greyed out and he wants them back.
Your Outlook is configured to send in "plain text" Leo. (This makes it readable by even basic e-mail programs) Go to Tools/Options/Mail Format. In the dropdown "Send in this mail format" select, "Outlook rich text" or HTML (like a web page). Click OK. All options will now be available.

Dolf asks: "Why do I get a message at the bottom of my browser - 'Cache cleanup removing 171 or more files'?"
Your machine is just having a clean up. The cache is just a store of your internet history. Clean it at any time by going to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Internet. Then click "Clear History."
