Even users in the same areas, with the same plans and similar set-ups notice massive disparities in their connection speed.
Not a day goes by when the nzherald.co.nz inbox hasn't got mail from angry internet subscribers who are paying for one thing and getting a whole lot less.
Strangely, there's never been an email from a happy internet customer boasting about a lightning fast connection.

On the Speedtest homepage, click the Auckland server and then make note of your upload and download speeds in kb/s; the ISP that your connection is through; and which plan you're on.
Then click on the link at the top of this page and tell us all about it.
