Murray uses Windows 98 on his computer and when he turns it on a box appears on his desktop saying: "Blazing Tools Keylogger". He want's to know what that is. He's been told it could be someone tapping into his computer. He uses AVG and Spybot, which he recently updated.
You may have a Trojan that is cleverly designed to mask the intruder from both Spybot and AVG. This page explains in detail, what it is and how it works: www.securityfocus.com/infocus/1829. If AVG isn't detecting anything then try using an online virus scanner such as: housecall.trendmicro.com/ which relies on you staying online but extensively checks your drive for anything suspect.
Because Spybot won't detect the logger component try these solutions: Ad-Aware anti-spyware: www.lavasoftusa.com/software/, Pest Patrol Home Edition: www.pestpatrol.com/Products/PestPatrolHE/, Spy Sweeper: www.webroot.com/

Joe recently had to re-boot his computer, wiping off all data and starting from scratch. Since doing this he has noticed a different font operating in his inbox and the text of emails he opens. He has also found some websites appear to be incorporating a different font. He would like to know how to change the font type of emails that appear in his Outlook Express inbox?
To change the font of Outlook Express messages select Outlook Express/Tools/ Options, click the Read tab, click Fonts, and then change the settings. Most web fonts are set by the webpage itself but you may have changed your computer's default settings during installation.
To return the fonts to standard Windows settings go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Programs and then click the Reset Web Settings button.
If you previously had non-standard settings you would like to return to, then go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/General/Fonts, which will give you a selection of alternate fonts to use.

Sam replaced the hard-drive in his computer and tried to re-install his Windows XP but found it would not accept the activation numbers.
Because of the new components XP thinks you are trying to install it on to a different machine.
You need to call the Microsoft activation hotline: 0800 676 334 and they will be able to help you.
