Businesses will get a peek at the Government's e-commerce blueprint at a summit in Auckland on November 1-2.
The gathering will feature addresses from world authorities on e-commerce, including John Sifonis, Don Tapscott and Jim Sterne.
Information Technology Minister Paul Swain, launching the programme and website for the Government summit, said businesses could comment on the blueprint.
"We want this event to give businesses a practical road map for planning their move or next move into e-commerce," he said.
"Keynote addresses will focus on how businesses can become net-ready, tips for keeping up with the e-commerce revolution and the best and worst of marketing on the web."
Workshops will include "how to" and industry sector sessions, and forums on branding, boosting consumer confidence and exploiting the internet.
Registration and the summit programme are available at www.ecommerce-summit.govt.nz or by contacting The Conference Company, (09) 360-1240.
