If you've got a taste for endangered species, it pays not to post pictures of your feast on Facebook.
An American pair have been arrested after they posted photos of their meal of endangered iguana in the Bahamas.
Police said that the pictures showed Vanessa Starr Palm, 23, of Illinois and Alexander Daniel Rust, 24, of Indiana "catching an iguana, parts of an iguana on a grill, two men eating the iguana pieces and a man and a woman cleaning what appears to be undersized conch.
The metro.uk website reports that the two were charged under fisheries and wildlife laws after the photos ended up with authorities, who hunted them down and arrested them.
Iguanas are protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
